Das hei\u00dft, dass&nbsp;<strong>Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler egal welchen F\u00f6rderbedarf sie haben,&nbsp;inklusiv&nbsp;<\/strong>an der Meinloh-Grundschule beschult werden. Gemeinsam in einer Klasse lernen und lachen alle Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler gemeinsam.<br><br><strong>Doch wie kann das funktionieren?<\/strong>&nbsp;F\u00fcr die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler mit sonderp\u00e4dagogischem F\u00f6rderbedarf werden Sonderschulp\u00e4dagogen\/innen an die Meinloh-Grundschule abgeordnet. Die Sonderschulp\u00e4dagoginnen sind in der Klasse und es wird im Team mit der Klassenlehrerin zieldifferent unterrichtet. So wird gew\u00e4hrleistet, dass alle Kinder&nbsp;<strong>individuell ihrem Lernstand angemessen<\/strong>&nbsp;gef\u00f6rdert werden k\u00f6nnen.&nbsp;Individuelle Lernmethoden erm\u00f6glichen eine F\u00f6rder- und Forderung jedes einzelnen Kindes.<br><br><strong>Die Inklusion ist eine Chance f\u00fcr alle Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler und auch Lehrerinnen und Lehrer, sich in der Schulentwicklung auf den Weg zu machen, Neues kennen zu lernen, sich f\u00fcr Unbekanntes zu \u00f6ffnen und unterschiedliche Methoden f\u00fcr den Unterricht zu entwickeln.
